Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery within the UK takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. The total delivery time is usually 3–6 business days (processing + shipping).

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is free of charge on all UK orders.

Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day free return policy, in addition to your legal 14-day right of withdrawal under UK law. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Please contact us via email or phone with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
